Student Property Rentals Facts

If you are a foreign student, the property rental is the first question to solve. Foreign students who are interested in finding a suitable apartment or house first must contact the coordinator of foreign students of their university. Also one can turn to student property services but it might be more complicated and expensive. The university coordinator will offer you a list of available student property rentals and will help you to set contacts to other students who you can rent accommodation with. You must remember that the coordinator will help you to find a suitable accommodation but he or she will not take part in negotiations between you and a host of the apartment. Before signing the lease the student and the host must decide who pays for municipal service, electricity and telephone. Rental loans rates differ on account of numerous factors such as location, number of roommates, the type and the size of the accommodation etc. There are a few rules that students should follow: "A student must respect roommates as well as neighbors, they shouldn't be disturbed with loud noises especially at night time".

Usually student loans are smaller than those that are paid by occupied people but in case of property damage through the leaseholder's fault he or she will have to repay or to fix the damage. There are different ways to provide payments and the easiest way is online rental payments but you should decide this with the host of the apartment.

If you decided to change the apartment you must inform the coordinator of foreign students. The coordinator will help you to annul the lease contract and to sign a new one. But remember that in any case of the change of apartments the student has to inform the coordinator. Usually the student must stay at the apartment he/she rents during the prepaid period.
